Your privacy and personal data are protected in accordance with Greek and European Law (GDPR).
Identity or passport details such as name, surname, nationality, contact details such as telephone number, email, reservation details such as date and time of arrival and departure, room type and number, Tax Registration number and competent Tax Office (invoices) credit or debit card details, are details that the hotel will not transfer to third parties except to their service providers and only for the completion of the reservation process.
Credit card information from our guests or potential visitors is not stored and does not remain in our possession after the end of your stay, even if for any reason they have been communicated to us.
CCTV RECORDER
For public safety reasons, Paradise Lost Hotel has installed and operates a security system, using surveillance and recording cameras and CCTV equipment. The legal basis for this processing is DIRECTIVE 1/2011 (No. Prot. G/EX/2274/31.03.2011).
Recorded data is not released outside the premises of Paradise Lost Hotel by any means and for any reason, except for the investigation of illegal acts or serious security incidents, for specific recording of a specific period of time and always after written permission from the Security System Supervision Committee.
